§ 95.22 APPLICATION; INSPECTION.
   (A)   Any property owner intending to construct, repair or replace sidewalks must fill out an application. Applications are available at the Village Office during regular working hours.
   (B)   After forms are in place for new sidewalks, the property owner must advise the Village Administrator, or the Mayor, if the Village Administrator is not available, so that the proposed construction can be inspected prior to completion.
   (C)   The property owner must advise the Village Administrator, or the Mayor, if the Village Administrator is not available, after the job is complete so that the completed job can be inspected to determine if it meets village specifications.
