§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (B)   Except as otherwise provided in this division, whoever violates § 90.21, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. If the value of the animal killed or the injury done amounts to $300 or more, whoever violates § 90.21 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

   (C)   (1)   Whoever violates §§ 90.22, 90.24(A), or 90.25 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
      (2)   Whoever violates § 90.24(B) or (C) is guilty of a felony to be prosecuted under appropriate state law.
