(A) No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle or unit with a manufacturer's gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds (except for those vehicles owned by the village) upon any property owned by the village at any time during an eight-hour period which begins daily at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 a.m.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day that the vehicle remains on village owned property is a separate offense.
