§ 76.07 PARKING OF LARGE VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any truck with a rated capacity in excess of two tons, or any recreational vehicle with a gross weight in excess of four tons or any tractor, trailer, or bus upon the street of this village in excess of two hours for commercial vehicles and 48 hours for noncommercial.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to any such vehicle being used to make deliveries or pickups at the time of its being parked, or if the vehicle is being used in connection with the construction or repairs of property adjacent to the street or alley upon which such vehicle is parked.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than $50 for the first offense and $100 for any subsequent offense.
