§ 75.07 SNOWMOBILE REGULATIONS.
   All snowmobiles are barred from being operated inside the village unless they comply with the following regulations:
   (A)   No snowmobile shall be operated at a speed of more than 15 mph. in any street or alley.
   (B)   No snowmobile shall be operated in any village park or other village property other than streets or alleys.
   (C)   Every snowmobile shall have luminous identification numbers not less than four inches in height visible from each side approved by the police department and affixed under their supervision at the police department.
   (D)   The owner of each machine shall be personally liable for any violations by any operator of the snowmobile.
   (E)   All snowmobiles must comply with the above regulations immediately, with the exception of the identification regulations by January 31, 1979.
   (F)   Should any part of this section be declared invalid, the remaining portions of this section shall remain in full effect.
   (G)   The penalty for violation of any part of the above section shall be not more than $50 for the first offense and not less than $15 or more than $100 and up to not more than three days in jail, for the second or subsequent offense.
