§ 72.108 PARKING OF ANY UNLICENSED OR DISABLED VEHICLE ON THE STREETS OR PUBLIC PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street within this village, if such a vehicle is unlicensed and or disabled.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on public property within the village, if such a vehicle is unlicensed and or disabled.
   (C)   Any vehicle found in violation of this section is subject to removal from the street or public property by the Police Department. The said vehicle in violation will be impounded and held in storage until all fines, costs, tow bills, and storage fees are paid in full.
   (D)   A disabled vehicle is any vehicle which is in such a state of disrepair which sould render the vehicle unsafe or inoperable.
   (E)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
