§ 53.12 YARD HYDRANTS.
   (A)   Yard hydrants with weep holes are prohibited.
   (B)   Sanitary yard hydrants that do not have weep holes, such as those that meet the requirements of the "American Society of Sanitary Engineers", are not prohibited provided:
      (1)   The device is acceptable to the public water system to which it will be connected; and
      (2)   All of the backflow and cross-connection requirements of OAC Chapter 3745-95 are met.
