§ 51.33 CUSTOMER INDEBTED TO UTILITY.
   Service will not be supplied to any premises, if at the time of application for service, the account is indebted to the Utility for service previously supplied at the same or other premises, until payment of such indebtedness or other arrangement that is satisfactory to the Utility shall have been made.
