§ 51.10     SCHEDULE R - RESIDENTIAL SERVICES.
   (A)   Availability and applicability.  
      (1)   This schedule is available and applicable throughout village's (hereinafter referred to as Utility) entire service area for service supplied to serve what is ordinarily designated and recognized as individual single family homes, apartments, mobile homes, and other individual single family dwelling quarters, including incidental farm use.
      (2)   All service under this schedule shall be single-phase (except for three-phase customers receiving service under the village's residential rate as of January 1, 2013) delivered through single set of service wires, the service location to be designated by Utility. Where service is supplied through one meter to more than a single family dwelling unit or living quarters or apartment see multiple dwelling units as to billing procedure.
      (3)   This schedule is not applicable for service utilization that is ordinarily considered by public operation as being non-residential, non-home, or non-farm use in character.
      (4)   Where electric service supplied for combined residential and non-residential use, the General Service Schedule 'GS' shall apply for all such single metered service. However, at consumer's option and at his expense, the wiring may be separated (subject to Utility's inspection and approval) and each class of service separately metered and billed in conformance to the applicable schedule.
      (5)   All applications for service shall be in accordance with the provisions of Utility's standard application form and in accordance with the provisions set forth in this schedule and also in accordance with the Utility's general rules and regulations or subsequent revisions thereof on file at the Utility Office, which general rules and regulations are a part of this schedule as if fully written herein.
   (B)   Net rates per month or part thereof per service.
      (1)   The billing for all residential service shall be the sum of the charges set forth below:

* Rural service charge is in addition to the applicable single/three-phase charge.
 
      (2)   The above charges are subject to the power supply cost adjustment, monthly minimum charge and other adjustments that follow.
   (C)   Power supply cost adjustment. The rates and charges set forth in this schedule are subject to increase or decrease in conformance to the adjustment specified in Utility's Rider "A".
   (D)   Monthly minimum charge. The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the foregoing charges, but not less than the applicable service charge.
   (E)   Multiple dwelling units. The schedule is applicable where not more than one dwelling unit, apartment, living quarters, mobile home or activity is supplied through one meter. Where two or more living quarters or dwelling units are served through one meter as of the effective date of this schedule and for future dwelling units that are not separately metered, Utility's General Service Schedule "GS" shall apply.
   (F)   Terms of payment. If a bill payment is not received by the Utility or by the Utility's authorized agent on or before the specified payment date (the tenth of the month), a onetime, additional amount of 10% of the amount of the bill will become due and payable as part of the customer's total obligation.
