(A) The Commission shall choose its own officers, make its own rules and regulations, and keep a journal of its proceedings.
(B) Regular meetings shall be held every other month on a day and time of the month to be determined. Special meetings shall be scheduled as needed by the Commission.
(C) A simple majority of the appointed members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.
(D) All plans, findings, advice, reports, and recommendations made by the Commission shall be in writing to the Village Council.
(E) Appointed members must attend no less than three of the six regular meetings per year or be subject to replacement.
