§ 38.19 REPORTING AND REVIEW OF RESULTS.
   (A)   A Medical Review Officer will review the controlled substance testing results prior to transmission of the results to the village.
   (B)   Prior to final verification of positive test results, the Medical Review Officer will give the driver an opportunity to discuss the test results.
   (C)   The village's contracts with laboratories will require the laboratory to maintain all driver's test records in confidence as required by the Department of Transportation agency regulations.
   (D)   Any driver who is the subject of a drug test shall, upon written request, have access to any records relating to his or her drug test and any records relating to testing results as described below.
   (E)   The village will only use laboratories certified under the Department of Health and Human Services Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing and Program.
