The Village Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to reimburse village employees who are covered by the village's current health insurance plan for 20% of all medical claims approved by the village's health insurance provider which amount to more than $2,200 per individual per year but are less than $5,200 per individual per year and which are not covered by other health insurance of the village employee or his or her family.
