(A) The Village Fiscal Officer is hereby directed to establish an Issue I Resurfacing Project Agent Fund within the Village accounting system for the purpose of holding the grant funds and other funds contributed by the village and other governmental entities, and for the purpose of paying for various resurfacing projects within the various municipalities, to include the Village of New Bremen.
(B) The Village Fiscal Office shall transfer into the Issue I Resurfacing project Agent Fund the sum of $5,800.00 from the Income Tax Fund which is the Village of New Bremen local match for the grant projects within the Village of New Bremen.
