(A) The Village Fiscal Officer is hereby directed to establish a Lockkeepers House Grant Fund within the village accounting system for the purpose of holding the grant funds and other funds contributed by the Village of New Bremen and private organizations and individuals, and for the purpose of paying for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of said Lockkeepers House.
(B) The Village Fiscal Office shall transfer into the Lockkeepers House Grant Fund approximately $30,000 which will be paid by the New Bremen Historic Association prior to November 15, 2008.
