(A) The village hereby accepts the grant from the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association in the amount of $35,000 for the purpose of implementing the Healthy Ohioan Youth Pilot Project.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to establish a Healthy Ohioan Youth Pilot Fund within the village accounting system for the purpose of holding the grant funds and other funds contributed by the village, and for the purpose of paying expenses incurred for the Healthy Ohioan Youth Pilot Project.
(C) The village does hereby commit the sum of $5,000 for transfer into the Healthy Ohioan Youth Pilot Project from the Parks and Recreation Fund.
