§ 37.07 INDIGENT BURIAL FUND.
   (A)   A fund designated as the Indigent Burial Fund is hereby designated within the General Fund to cover expenses required by the village to be paid under R.C. § 5101.521.
   (B)   There shall be an initial amount of $1,000 appropriated to said fund.
