(A) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to establish a FEMA Winter Storm Grant Fund within the village's Special Revenue Fund for the purpose of holding the funds received from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for reimbursement of winter storm costs by the village.
(B) The village hereby accepts the grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the amount of $106,150 for the purpose of purchasing fire-fighting equipment for the Village of New Bremen and German Township Fire Department.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to establish a FEMA 2004 Fire Grant Fund within the village's Special Revenue Fund for the purpose of holding the grant funds and other funds contributed by the village and German Township, and for the purpose of paying for fire-fighting equipment to be used by the New Bremen/German Township Fire Department.
(D) The village does hereby commit the sum of $11,795 for transfer into the FEMA 2004 Fire Grant Fund from the Fire Fund.
