§ 37.04 MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE TAX FUND.
   There is hereby established for the village a Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund to receive funds collected under the permissive motor vehicle license tax laws imposed by R.C. § 4504.17, 4504.171 or 4504.172.
