§ 37.03 LAW ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.

A Law Enforcement and Education Fund is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 4511.99(A)(1) for receipt of funds from fines imposed for violations of provisions of the Ohio Revised Code prohibiting operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
