§ 35.03 RAPID ENTRY KEY BOX REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   Any building within the village which is protected by an automatic fire suppression/standpipe or automatic alarm system shall be equipped with a rapid entry key box. The rapid key box shall be of a type approved by the Fire Chief and shall be at a location approved by the Fire Chief.
   (B)   Any occupant who is using a Medic Alarm Device shall have a rapid entry key box installed on the structure for access by police or medical officials during the duration of use of the device. The rapid entry key box shall be of a type approved by the Fire Chief and shall be at a location approved by the Fire Chief.
   (C)   The rapid key boxes shall contain the following items as designated by the Fire Chief:
      (1)   Labeled keys to locked points of ingress and egress, whether in interior or exterior;
      (2)   Labeled keys to any fenced or secured areas;
      (3)   Labeled keys to any other areas that may be required by the Fire Chief;
      (4)   A card containing the emergency contact people and phone numbers.
