Effective November 13, 2001, the Council hereby grants approval for the New Bremen-German Township Fire Department to provide fire protection and emergency services, as determined by the Fire Chief or officer on duty, upon the request of any political subdivision located within the state. This authority is hereby granted without the need for pre-existing contracts or agreements with the jurisdiction requesting these services.
