The manual presented to Council entitled Village of New Bremen Police Department Standard Operating Procedure and Rules for Conduct and dated October 1, 1992, adopted as the Standard Operating Procedure Manual for the village, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein.
