(A) The Village Administrator is hereby appointed to be the village's representative to AMP-Ohio, WASG, MESA, and OMEGA JV5, with all the rights, duties and obligations of such representative.
(B) If the Village Administrator is unable to attend any meeting to be held by AMP-Ohio, WASG, MESA, or OMEGA JV5, the Village Administrator may appoint in writing another village employee, official or officer as an alternate designee to attend any such meeting to represent the village. The alternate designee shall have the same authority as the Village Administrator in representing the village at such meeting.
(C) The village hereby revokes any previous grants of authority and/or appointments of any other person by name or by title as the village's representative to AMP-Ohio, WASG, MESA, or OMEGA JV5. By the enactment of this ordinance, the village hereby modifies, but only to the limited extent inconsistent herewith, any earlier adopted ordinance granting authority and/or appointing any other person by name or title as the village's representative to AMP-Ohio, WASG, MESA, or OMEGA JV5.
