(A) In accordance with R.C. § 733.262, there is hereby created the position of Village Fiscal Officer.
(B) The Village Fiscal Officer shall have those powers, duties, and functions as provided by the general laws of the State of Ohio; including those set out in R.C. § 733.262; and in addition he or she shall have the following powers, duties, and functions:
(1) Those powers, duties, and functions that are assigned the current position of Utility Clerk.
(2) The designation of Income Tax Commissioner and those powers, duties, and functions associated therewith.
(C) The salary of the Village Fiscal Officer shall be set by ordinance from time to time.
