The following is adopted as the Mission Statement for the village:
"The Village of New Bremen is a ‘Community Oriented Government'.

# We will posses a strong determination to provide quality services with integrity and accountability to those we serve.
# We are proud of our heritage and committed to building on our historic significance.
# We resolve to maintain courage with strong morals and not forget that our citizenship is made up of neighbors building neighborhoods.
Our willingness to serve one another as responsible citizens will provide us with the promise, peace, and prosperity we all strive for in our fine community of New Bremen."
