1107.02 STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   (a)   Required improvements and construction standards shall be in accordance with Appendix A.
 
   (b)   Streets, and alleys where provided, shall be graded, surfaced and improved to the grades and dimensions shown on plans, profiles and cross-sections submitted by the subdivider and approved by the Commission.
