(a)   Numbers (1) through (8) refer to the following proposed construction standards. All specifications are in accordance with the State of Ohio, Department of Highways construction and materials specifications.
   
   (1)   Two inches T-35 Asphaltic Concrete Surface Course.
   (2)   One and one-half inches T-32 Modified Bituminous Surface Course.
   (3)   T-30 Bituminous Prime Coat. 0.35 gallon per square yard of RC-1, 2 or 3.
   (4)   Six inches B-10 Aggregate Base Course.
   (5)   Eight inches I-22 Subbase Course.
   (6)   Seven inches I-22 Subbase Course. B-119 may be used.
   (7)   I-12 Concrete Vertical Curb at least 6" above road surface (combination curb and gutter with inlets to a suitable storm sewer if needed for storm drainage).
I-14 paved gutter where required.
   (8)   Four inches concrete, placed on cinder or aggregate base.
(b)   To provide for adequate drainage, the minimum grade should not be less than one-half of one percent.
(c)   As designated in plans adopted under Ohio R.C. 711.09.
