733.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each unlicensed device and for any other offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(b) Any fine imposed by the Mayor pursuant to this section shall be subject to the hearing provisions of Section 733.11 and 733.12.
