§ 31.12 COUNTY COUNCIL COMMITTEES.

   (A)   Committees shall be created upon action of the County Council either by motion and vote or by resolution approved and adopted by Council.

   (B)   The Chair, or in his or her absence, the Vice-Chair shall appoint all members to the committees. At the initial meeting all members will select a Chair for each committee.
