Editor’s note:
On December 29, 1988, the County Council adopted two subdivision ordinances. Ord. 105 established a plan of subdivision regulations for the county. As authorized by 1988 Act No. 583, Ord. 104 designated only one particular area of the county as the initial subdivision district in which these regulations were applicable. Responding the prospect of increasing growth and the need for more orderly development, the County Council, on April 19, 2006, adopted Ord. 04-09-06, which repealed Ord. 104 so that these subdivision regulations can be applied to the entire unincorporated area of the county.
