The Chairperson or 4 members of Council may call special meetings of the Council in addition to the regular bi-monthly meeting. The notice given shall specify the subject matter to be considered unless, after the meeting is assembled and all are present, all Council members agree that they may proceed to transact business not specified in the call. Twenty-four hours’ notice of special meetings shall be required.
