(A) The Council shall meet in regular session on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m.
(B) Should any of the regular meeting dates fall on legal holidays or be postponed for good and sufficient reason, the regular meetings which would otherwise have been held may, by vote of a majority of the Council, be cancelled or postponed to a day and time certain. If the meeting is postponed, the meeting held on the postponed date shall be deemed to be a regular meeting.
