§ 30.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person found guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction of violating § 30.06 shall be subject to a penalty of $25 for a first violation, and $25 for a second violation within 12 months of the first violation, and $50 for subsequent violations within the 12-month period.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 30.40 et seq., including the provisions of S.C. Code § 23-47-80, shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction of the offense, shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, and, in addition, shall pay all costs and expense involved in the case. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
