(A) Definitions provided by S.C. Code § 23-47-10 shall apply as if fully copied herein. In addition, the additional definitions and provisions as may be issued by the Division of Information Resource Management (DIRM) of the S.C. Budget and Control Board and properly authorized for implementation, as provided in Chapter 47 of Title 23 of the State Code.
(B) The technical and physical requirements provide by S.C. Code § 23-47-20 shall apply as if fully copied, herein, for the E911 service, facilities, and/or equipment.
(C) The public implementation of emergency services through the E911 System shall not be implemented until formally approved and authorized for the implementation by the DIRM of the S.C. Budget and Control Board, as provided by S.C. Code § 23-47-30(A).
(D) The Newberry County 911 Emergency Telephone System shall be the Enhanced 911 System type, and shall fully comply with all applicable requirements of S.C. Code §§ 23-47-60 and 23-47-70.
