§ 150.12 PERMISSION OF ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS.
   It shall be understood that a permit issued under the provisions of §§ 150.01 et seq. does not in any way grant or release any rights lawfully possessed by the abutting property owners. Any such rights necessary shall be secured from the respective property owners by the permittee.
