§ 150.01 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of §§ 150.01 et seq., the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PERMITTEE. The person to whom a permit is required by the provisions of §§ 150.01 et seq., has been issued, or his or her heirs, successors, and assignees.
