Before starting the work authorized by a permit issued under the provisions of §§ 150.01 et seq. within the limits of the highway right-of-way, the County of Newberry shall be notified sufficiently in advance so that county personnel may be present while the work is underway. The notice shall be given to the County Administrator, or his or her designee.
