The person desiring a permit required by the provisions of §§ 150.01 et seq. shall prepare a sketch or drawing of the proposed work showing the location and details of the work. This shall be submitted to the County Administrator, or his or her designee, at least 2 weeks prior to the date work is to commence under the permit.
