The violation of any section of §§ 90.01 et seq. shall constitute a misdemeanor and for a first offense shall be punishable by a fine of at least $50 and up to $100 and/or a sentence of up to 10 days in jail, and second and subsequent offenses within a 10-year period shall be punishable to the maximum extent provided by South Carolina law for violation of a county ordinance. The magistrate's courts in this county are vested with full jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate alleged violations of §§ 90.01 et seq.
