§ 35.01 NEWBERRY COUNTY EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK; ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

   The Employee Handbook attached to Resolution 04-10 as Exhibit A is adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set out herein. The Resolution authorizes the distribution of the Handbook to replace the previously adopted and published Personnel Policies and Procedures which have been repealed by the action of County Council.

§ 35.02 SALARIES FOR APPOINTED OFFICIALS.

   Beginning with the annual operating budget adopted for July 1, 2024 and continuing with each subsequent annual operating budget, County Council shall determine whether there will be any changes in salaries for appointed officials. The changes set forth in Ordinance 01-01-2024 are adopted by reference and incorporated as if set forth in full herein.

§ 35.03 SALARIES FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS.

   Salaries for elected officials shall be as set forth by ordinance of the County Council. The salaries for 2017 set forth in Ordinance 01-01-17 are adopted by reference and incorporated as if set forth in full herein.
