§ 57.01 UTILITY PLACEMENT AND PERMIT FEES.

Surety requirements:	$2,000 per location or blanket bond of $10,000
Open cut maintenance bond:	$10,000 per location
Right-of-way boring:	$50 plus $0.75 per linear foot
New utility poles:	$100
Aerial utility lines:	$1 per linear foot
Open cut for arterials and for:    Spring Street, Market Street, Main Street, Elm Street, E. 8th Street, State Street, Vincennes Street, Grant Line Road, Charlestown Road, Silver Street, Green Valley Road, Mt. Tabor Road, Slate Run Road, and Klerner Lane:	$300 plus $5 per linear foot plus $100 per day
Open street cuts not specifically addressed in this chapter:	$300 plus $5 per linear foot
Stop work order fee:    First offense    Second offense    Subsequent offenses	$1,000 $2,000 $5,000
Work performed and/or completed during a stop work order:	$500 each day work is performed at the location; each day is a separate offense.
Any of the above fees may be waived in case of emergency by the city.
