§ 33.178 DISSOLUTION.
   Pursuant to I.C. 8-10-5-4, the city may expend funds not otherwise appropriated to defray the expense of surveys and examinations incidental to the purposes of PANA. Subject to making due provisions for payment and performance of its obligations, PANA may be dissolved by the city, and in such event the properties of PANA shall be transferred to the city.
