The definitions contained in 410 I.A.C 6-2.1-1 et seq. are adopted herein and made a part hereof. For the purpose of this chapter the following additional definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CERTIFIED POOL OPERATOR (CPO) or CERTIFIED POOL TECHNICIAN (CPT). Someone who has passed the certified pool-spa operator test by the National Swimming Pool Foundation or Aquatic Training Institute.
HEALTH OFFICER. The Floyd County Health Officer, or his or her authorized representative.
