The Sanitary Board shall select a Vice-Chairperson from the members appointed by the Common Council. The members of the Stormwater Board shall be entitled to compensation as is fixed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of the Common Council. Compensation for members shall be subject to change pursuant to the provisions of a subsequent ordinance adopted by the Common Council. Each of the members of the Stormwater Board shall further be entitled to the payment for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of his or her duties.
