Pursuant to authority granted by I.C. 36-9-23-4, the Stormwater Board shall henceforth be established as a sanitary board in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-9-23-4. The board established by this subchapter may hereinafter be referred to as either the “New Albany Stormwater Board” or the “New Albany Drainage Board”.
