§ 33.102 DESIGNATED PURCHASING AGENTS.

   The following are hereby designated to serve as purchasing agents for the city:

   (A)   Each department head as may be designated in writing from time to time by the purchasing agency;

   (B)   The Sewer Board; and

   (C)   Such other city employees as may be designated from time to time in writing by the purchasing agency.
