§ 33.081 HATE CRIME STATISTICS.
   The Human Rights Commission may collect data and issue reports on the evidence of hate crimes in the city. Hate crimes include verbal or physical abuse directed at individuals or groups because of their race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability.
