§ 33.073 APPOINTMENTS; QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The five members of the Human Rights Commission shall be appointed two by the Mayor, two by the Common Council, then the members so appointed will elected a fifth member. Each appointment shall be for a term of three years. The president shall be elected by a majority of the Commission.
   (B)   Members of the Human Rights Commission shall be representative of the community and shall be city residents.
