§ 33.070 ESTABLISHMENT; APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR.
   (A)   There is hereby created a Human Rights Commission which shall be responsible for all legal matters pertaining to discrimination.
   (B)   There is hereby created a Human Rights Commission, with the president being elected by a majority of the members of this Commission.
