§ 73.06 OPERATING UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
   Any person who operates a bicycle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or while physically or mentally unfit to safely operate the same shall be subject to the penalties in § 73.99.
